A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 5 days or more prior to the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled within 5 days of the check-in date, the entire amount becomes non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early check-outs.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
